What I can say is that its a feature packed 3D modeling software that I know can compete with higher priced Solidworks. I have shown my engineering friends Alibre and they are amazed how powerful it is. The thing with Alibre is that its powerful and precise. Alibre Design Expert has been very easy to learn. I can easily and quickly turn an idea into a 2D concept, then extrude or revolve it into a 3D model.
